Learn more about our Programme Components
The Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Commonwealth Heritage Skills Training Programme supports Commonwealth countries to develop the range of specialist skills they need to protect valuable heritage at risk—through academic and professional training programmes, as well as hands-on practical projects working on threatened buildings and sites across the Commonwealth.
On-Site Training Opportunities
The Programme will offer practical training opportunities on live heritage conservation projects across the Commonwealth.
Commonwealth Bursaries are awarded to students and professionals from Commonwealth countries to attend The Prince’s Foundation Summer School.
Commonwealth MA Scholarships
Commonwealth MA Scholarships are awarded to students from Commonwealth countries to undertake a Master’s degree in architecture, conservation, or other fields related to the built environment.
Training Fellowships are funded work placements, linking early career heritage professionals with local organisations in order to build local capacity in heritage management across the Commonwealth.
Commonwealth Traineeships are to fund the attendance of students on courses and research studios across the Commonwealth.
We plan to develop Online Courses in the coming year of the Programme. Please get in touch if you could partner with us on this initiative!
